Allwyn: transformation readiness programme

Our challenge? Initially, we were asked to deliver a Learner Management System (LMS) to house training for Allwyn’s employees – upskilling them for the company’s transformation. However, after a deep dive into their operational needs, we knew an LMS wouldn’t be enough. The real ask? Inspire and engage 2,200 employees with a comprehensive learning solution that can cut through the noise. No small feat.
